GLOBAL SHIPPING RATES

We celebrate our global community by offering Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $20 USD.

For orders under $20 USD, a flat shipping fee is applied based on your region.

DUTIES & TAXES INCLUDED

A Worry-Free Experience. We are pleased to offer Duty-Paid shipping for our global customers. All applicable customs duties and taxes are included in your final checkout price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your parcel.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your selection is confirmed, our warehouse team will prepare your parcel within 1-2 business days. You will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number the moment your journey begins.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Every Onqodys piece is packaged with exceptional care. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives with visible damage:

  • We will collaborate closely with our couriers to ensure a prompt resolution or replacement.

TRACKING YOUR ODYSSEY

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking information to update. You may track your parcel’s progress directly through our website’s tracking portal.
