Refund policy

At Onqodys, we strive for the perfect synthesis of raw spirit and refined elegance. We want you to be completely captivated by your purchase. If your selection doesn’t perfectly complement your personal odyssey, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

  • The Onqodys Guarantee: All approved refunds are issued directly to your original method of payment. We do not issue refunds as store credit or gift cards.

2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

To ensure a successful return, items must be in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn & Unaltered: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free of makeup stains or perfume scents.

  • Tags Intact: All original internal garment tags and secure return tags/security seals must be attached.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Onqodys packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" in the product description.

  • Customer Damage: Items damaged through wear, tear, or improper handling after delivery.

  • Personalized & Custom Pieces: Because these items are crafted specifically for you, all personalized jewelry (including custom engravings, initial pieces, or custom-sized items) is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind).

    Our Quality Promise: While personalized items are final sale, they are fully covered by our Quality Promise. If your custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, error, or physical damage, we will provide a complimentary replacement immediately. Please contact us at info@onqodys.com with photo evidence within 7 days of receipt.

Note: Please try on your jewelry and accessories with care. Items that do not meet these specific conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

3. SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY

We distinguish between "Service Guarantee" and "Personal Preference" to ensure fairness for all travelers.

A. Complimentary Returns (Our Responsibility)

Onqodys will fully cover return shipping costs or provide a full replacement in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged: Items that arrive with manufacturing defects or physical damage.

  • Logistical Errors: If we accidentally ship the incorrect item or size.

  • Lost Parcels: If your package is confirmed lost by the courier before reaching your door.

  • In these instances, please contact us immediately at info@onqodys.com with photo evidence.

B. Customer-Led Returns (Your Responsibility)

For returns initiated due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This includes:

  • Change of mind or personal style preference.

  • Ordering the incorrect size or variant.

4. EXCHANGES

  • One-Time Exchange: Each item can be exchanged once (excluding final sale products).

  • Price Adjustment: * For higher-priced items: Customer pays the difference.

    • For lower-priced items: The difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Pro-Tip: For faster service and to secure inventory, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously.

5. THE RETURN PROCESS

  • Step 1: Submit Your Request Email us at info@onqodys.com. Please include your Order Number, Proof of Purchase, and the reason for the return. Clear photos are required for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Step 2: Approval & Instructions Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and the designated shipping address. Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Step 3: Ship Your Return Use your preferred carrier to ship the package. Crucial: Include your Order Number on a note inside the package. Email us the Tracking Number once shipped.

  • Step 4: Inspection & Refund Upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality inspection. Once the items are confirmed to be in their original condition, we will initiate your refund immediately. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
